About The Blogger

I am a 2016 graduate from Waynesburg University with a major in communications, a focus on Sports Broadcasting and Sports Information. Like most fans, I am very opinionated but I always back up my thoughts with statistical information because I believe that the answer is always in the stats. I know baseball and football the best but I know enough about hockey and basketball to hold a good conversation and, occasionally, post about them.  I am hoping to work with statistics, finances, and contracts as I find my way into the working world as I enjoy the legal and financial aspects of sports as well as the statistics.
I like many other things aside from sports, Pokemon being one of my top hobbies. My favorite Pokemon is Scyther and my favorite starter is Totodile, hence the picture.

  1. The judge has zero power to over throw the signed collective bargaining agreement. The union handed this power to Goodell with a signed contract. The judge CAN ONLY RULE on the law of the signed contract. The judge can do NOTHING ABOUT THE 4 GAMES. His line of questioning is to sway the league into a settlement out of court. THE LEAGUE HAS ALREADY STATED THE 4 GAMES WILL STAND FROM THE START OF THE CASE.

How did you and all the other sheep miss all of those facts?

    .

    1. Obviously I didn’t miss any facts. Just as the Ray Rice and AP cases were abolished, so was the Brady suspension. Goodell overstepped his own guidelines and abused his power. The courts have ruled.

      1. Trying to get a handle on this thing.  Was the ruling correct? Also, started my own blog… robertsells.org  I’m busier than a one-armed paperhanger with an itch! 2. The ruling abolished the entire suspension put upon Brady. I’ll have more on it in a post either later tonight or tomorrow when I’m not hopping between classes haha.
I look forward to seeing it! Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you out!
